La Becca One Star Michelin
La Becca hotel/restaurant situated in the Laisinant hamlet has now a star on the Michelin. The young chef Anthony Tempesta son of this family hotel has been running the kitchen for the last 6 years with great success, the star came in March last year! Anthony 30, could have been a ski racer but he choose the direction of the kitchen instead. He studied and worked with the best chefs before deciding to take over the family business. |
