The Winter season in Val d’Isere is one of the longest
in the Alps, starting in November running right through
until the beginning week in May. Sitting at a height of 1850m
it is well-known as a snow-sure resort with reliable snowfall
from start to finish. L’Espace Killy covers the terrain of Val d’Isere
and Tignes offering over 300KM of marked pistes with terrain
for both beginners and experienced skiers. With one of the most advanced
lift systems in the world it also offers endless off-piste skiing.

Scheduled flights will take you to our closest different airports with Geneva (3hrs), Lyon (3hrs) and
Chambery (2hrs) being the most well serviced. The moment you land your experience at Le Chardon Mountain Lodges
begins; whether you decide to take a private transfer with a champagne picnic or take a helicopter journey over the Alps,
you will be sure to arrive refreshed and ready to go. You can also reach us by rail directly from Paris to Bourg St Maurice
(40mins from Val d'Isere), or from London to Bourg St Maurice on the popular snowtrain service.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Offering a number of other lesser known attractions from parapenting to patisserie classes, perfect for a
change of scene or for the less committed skier. All activities can be booked via your chalet manager
and our chauffeurs are on hand to drop you at the door whenever you need. Val d'Isère also hosts
weekly torch-lit descents, fireworks, children's shows, musical entertainments and street shows.
