Chalet Mistral - Husband and wife team David and Tara Pitman come to Le Chardon from having run their Two AA Rosette fine dining restaurant in the Cathedral City of St Davids in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
Tara's passionate cooking attracted regular customers from across Wales, whilst David looked after all the customer's needs, selected their wines and drinks, and provided help and information to diners to make their visit truly memorable.
Always with an eye on environmental impact, they won accolades for their local sourcing of local produce, and their ability to reduce energy consumption and recycle or compost virtually all their waste. Now based in one of the best luxury ski chalets in France, they are delighted to serve up the freshest and tastiest regional delights to our discerning customers. Bon appetit!
Within the relaxing ambience of your luxury catered ski chalet, your chef can prepare any dish you request, local or otherwise. Watching the sunset over the mountains from your balcony is quite simply incredible, and will set the mood for an evening of fine dining with our sumptuous five course meals.
During your ski holiday, you may wish to try out other activities. Our
french chalets are in an ideal location for non-skiing activities plus a host of shops, bars and restaurants.
