FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 2009

Val d'Isere is to host the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in February 2009. The resort has already started preparations with many new amenities planned and underway. The focus will be on the action on the slopes - which will have a unique "Face to Face" concept with the Olympic Face de Bellevarde piste and the brand new Rhone Alpes piste in the spotlight.
