"Ice bars, gourmet buffet, free flowing champagne and live music from one of the Alps finest rock bands, all amidst the beautiful backdrop of the spectacular Manchet Valley... It could only be Le Chardon.

The night set off at 8pm with a champagne reception for over 60 guests on the terrace, served by Le Chardon’s dedicated team of 30 staff on hand to cater to their every wish. Our Special Events team worked their magic so clients could revel all night long at the ice bar, on the terrace or in the marquee, enjoying delectable dishes cooked up by our fabulous chefs.

On the menu were gourmet treats such as gravalax, oysters, smoked salmon mousse roulade, veal and cepes mushroom terrine, not mentioning the BBQ which hosted an array of mouth-watering dishes including char-grilled prime sirloin steak, swordfish kebabs and fish ‘En Papillotte’. The abundance of champagne & gourmet cuisine saw everyone through to the early hours, dancing away to the band on the terrace while the patio heaters kept them warm from the elements."

Whether you are looking for team building adventures on snow mobiles, ice climbing trips or heli skiing opportunities, or something more low key and self indulgent, we can tailor make your trip appropriately, booking lunches with personal touches, evening entertainments and days of guiding or ski testing, so that you and your guests get the most out of your stay.
